ROSE KILLIP

Principal Solicitor

Rose has 9 years of experience working within the criminal justice system in Queensland. Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Rose has strong ties and connections to area.

She is a natural strategist and savvy negotiator. Her diverse legal experience, knowledge of criminal law and advocacy skills have resulted in her being one of the most sought after criminal lawyers on the Sunshine Coast.

Rose brings a unique perspective to her work as a criminal defence lawyer having expertise as a Prosecutor and with Queensland Parole applications. Such a breadth of experience ensures she is able to provide extensive advice on all aspects of the criminal justice system.

She has appeared in all jurisdictions in Queensland as both a prosecutor and solicitor advocate in trials, summary hearings, committals, sentences, appeals and various applications.

Maddy Olivero

Solicitor

Maddy was admitted as a legal practitioner in June 2017 and brings over eight years of experience in criminal law across Queensland. Having grown up in rural North Queensland, Maddy has a strong appreciation for the unique challenges faced by regional communities and is deeply committed to delivering accessible, high-quality legal representation.

She began her career with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, where she worked closely with senior prosecutors and appeared as an advocate in the Children’s, District and Supreme Courts throughout Townsville, Bundaberg, Maroochydore and Brisbane. Her prosecutorial work included time as a Crown Prosecutor, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the criminal justice system from the inside out.

In 2024, Maddy across to criminal defence, driven by a passion for advocating for individuals and ensuring their voices are heard. Her expertise spans crime, domestic violence matters, traffic offences and appellate work.

Known for her calm, persuasive courtroom advocacy and strategic judgment, Maddy combines knowledge from both sides of the courtroom to provide clients with clear advice and experienced representation when it matters most.

Harree Grigoris

Law Clerk

Harree commenced as our law clerk in August 2024. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws. Harree is passionate about all aspects of criminal law and has experience working in both private practice and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Harree understands that being faced with a criminal offence can be stressful and prides herself on her clear communication skills with all clients from the initial enquiry through to the finalisation of their matters, showcasing passion and a meticulous attention to detail.

You will see Harree appearing in Court, assisting counsel and solicitors in conferences and working diligently behind the scenes to ensure your matter is getting the care and attention it requires.
